Our mission is straight forward yet powerful: To provide dedicated search and recovery efforts for runaways, individuals under 18, and indigenous women of all ages. We strive to ensure their safety and reunite them with their loved ones. This mission drives every action we take and every decision we make. First and foremost, our mission at You’re Not Forgotten is to locate missing children as well as missing indigenous women, and return them to a safe environment. We work with local law enforcement as well as law enforcement adjacent agencies to achieve this goal in a manner that is safe to our staff as well as the located individual.
Additionally, we offer continued support to the families of missing children, as well as located children who can often find themselves traumatized upon return. We work closely with several multi-denominational churches, local government and businesses as well as hospitals to ensure that located persons are given the best care they can receive. Finally, we seek to spread awareness about the pandemic of the missing by coordinating community service events throughout the year for those in need.
THEN I HEARD THE VOICE OF THE LORD SAYING, “WHOM SHALL I SEND? AND WHO WILL GO FOR US?” AND I SAID, “HERE AM I. SEND ME!”
-ISAIAH 6:8
